1. Eligibility Requirements:

• Participants must ensure they are of legal adult age according to the laws of their country or region to participate in the event.
• Winners must verify their eligibility to use the Amazon Gift Card (US) before participating.

2. Winner Announcement and Reward Distribution:

• The list of winners will be announced on the Black Beacon official Social Media within one month after the event ends.
• Prizes will be distributed to the winners within 90 days after the announcement.

3. Personal Information and Privacy:

• Any personal information collected during the event will be used solely for prize distribution. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy on the official site. All personal data collection and usage will fully comply with our Privacy Policy.

4. Reward Claim:

• There is no limit for the number of submissions but each account can claim the reward only once per event.

5. Participant Conduct:

• During the event, participants are expected to contribute to a positive environment for both the game and the community. To ensure this, participants must adhere to the Black Beacon Team’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and community rules. Participants must not engage in or post any of the following:
  • Content that promotes hate, prejudice, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, culture, region, etc.
  • Content that is sensitive, NSFW, provocative, or controversial.
  • Harassment or bullying directed at any individual or group.
  • The dissemination of misleading or false information.
  • Content that infringes upon trademarks, copyrights, patents, portrait rights, or other legal protections, including stolen, plagiarized, or reposted content without permission, or falsely claiming authorship.
  • Exploiting loopholes in the rules or technical flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Spreading misinformation or encouraging others to do so regarding the event, or engaging in defamatory acts that could damage the reputation of the Black Beacon Team.
  • Violating any event-specific rules set by the Black Beacon Team, participating in actions that disrupt the event, or negatively impacting the fairness or integrity of the event or the Black Beacon Team.
  • Using submitted works for commercial purposes or granting commercial rights to others during or after the event.

6. Commercial Use of Submissions:

• During or after the event, participants may not use or grant third parties the commercial use of their submissions unless written consent is obtained from the Black Beacon Team. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event and events to be held in the future.

7. Tax Obligations:

• Prize winners are responsible for complying with any relevant tax obligations based on their country or region of residence.

8. Reporting Violations:

• Liability for Copyright Disputes: If a dispute, such as a lawsuit, arises with other copyright holders due to the creation of derivative works without their consent, the Black Beacon Team will not be held responsible. You are fully responsible for resolving any such disputes.
• If you encounter any submission that appears to be plagiarized, reposted, or violates any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please report the violation by sending the offending submission and its link to Customer Support, along with an explanation of the violation. For any other inquiries, feel free to contact customer service.
• The submission reporting period will be the first 30 days of the event. Participants found in violation of these rules will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in future Black Beacon Team community events.
• If any winner is disqualified due to rule violations during the winner announcement period, new winners will be selected from eligible participants.

9. Event Modifications:

• The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to modify or terminate the event’s schedule, content, or rules without prior notice.

10. Reward Conditions:

• In the event that winners are unable to claim their rewards due to issues related to the channel or card usage for Glohow Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Mingzhou Network Technology Co.Ltd. the Black Beacon Team will not substitute the reward with another item under any circumstances. Participants must review the conditions for receiving rewards before submitting their entries.

11. Ineligible Submissions:

• Submissions that violate the rules under sections 5, 6 and 7 will not be considered eligible.
