1. Definitions
For the purposes of this policy, the following definitions shall apply:
1.1 “Black Beacon Team” refers to the official group responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing the event. This includes all associated staff members, affiliates, and third-party service providers involved in event operations, communication, and reward distribution.
1.2 “Black Beacon Team’s Official Channels” refer to all communication platforms officially operated by the Black Beacon Team Team for sharing event-related information, winner announcements, updates, and other relevant details. The following are our official communication channels:

1.3 “Reward” or “Rewards” refer to any prizes awarded to event winners, which may include, but are not limited to, digital gift cards, PayPal transfers, or in-game currency. The term “Reward” or “Rewards” shall be used consistently throughout this policy to encompass all forms of prizes.
1.4 “PayPal” refers to the online payment platform used by the Black Beacon Team (Glohow Holdings Pte. Ltd.) for distributing certain Rewards, where applicable.
1.5 “Amazon Gift Card” refers to a digital gift card provided to winners in U.S. Dollars (USD), valid for use exclusively on the Amazon U.S. website (https://www.amazon.com/). Redemption of such gift cards is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
1.6 “Winner” refers to an individual participant whose account is officially selected and announced by the Black Beacon Team Team as an event winner. Winners must meet all eligibility criteria and comply with all event rules and conditions as outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility Requirements:
2.1. Age and Legal Compliance
Participants must confirm that they meet the legal age requirements of their respective country or region to participate in the event. If a participant is a minor under applicable laws, they must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian before joining the event. The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to request proof of age and parental consent at any time.
2.2. Verification of Reward Eligibility
Participants are responsible for verifying their eligibility to receive and use any rewards offered as part of the event, including but not limited to Amazon Gift Cards and PayPal transactions. Certain rewards may be subject to restrictions based on the recipient’s country, region, or governing laws. The Black Beacon Team is not liable for any limitations imposed by third-party service providers or local regulations that may affect a participant’s ability to claim or use a reward.
2.3. Transaction Fees and Currency Conversion
For rewards involving financial transactions, including but not limited to PayPal, all applicable transaction-related fees, including conversion fees, processing charges, or any other deductions, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. The Black Beacon Team will issue the reward in the full amount as stated, and any deductions imposed by intermediaries, financial institutions, or payment service providers shall not be covered or reimbursed by the Black Beacon Team.
2.4. Fraud Prevention and Compliance
Participants must adhere to fair play principles throughout the event. Any attempt to manipulate the event, engage in fraudulent activities, or gain an unfair advantage through unethical means, including but not limited to:
- Registering multiple accounts for the same individual.
- Exploiting loopholes or technical flaws in the event system.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or reward claims.
- Engaging in collusion, bot usage, or automation to influence results unfairly.
The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any participant suspected of fraud. This may include disqualification, revocation of rewards, and banning from future events. Additionally, the team may request identity verification or further documentation to confirm compliance with event policies.
3. Winner Announcement and Reward Distribution:
3.1. Winner Announcement
The winners will be announced on Black Beacon’s official channels within a month of the event’s conclusion. The Black Beacon Team will notify participants via official channels and has the right to make the final decision if unforeseen circumstances cause changes to the announcement schedule.
3.2. Reward Distribution
Rewards will be distributed to the winners within 60 days after the announcement. For some rewards, shipping delays may occur, and in such cases, individual winners may receive additional notifications. The Black Beacon Team can adjust the distribution schedule and determine appropriate compensation or alternative rewards if force majeure events (like natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions) delay reward distribution.
4. Personal Information and Privacy:
4.1 Use of Personal Information
Any personal information collected during the event will be used solely for reward distribution and processing. All personal data collection and usage will fully comply with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our Privacy Policy on the official site. Participant’s personal information will be securely deleted within 90 days after all rewards have been distributed.
5. Reward Claim:
5.1 Claim Limitations
Participants may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per account will be considered, and each account can claim a reward only once per event. Using multiple accounts to receive additional rewards is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with Section 2.4: Fraud Prevention and Compliance may result in disqualification and a ban from future events.
5.2 Verification of Account Details
To receive rewards, participants must verify their account details, such as PayPal. Participants are responsible for all fees associated with transactions, including currency conversion. The Black Beacon Team is not responsible for undeliverable rewards due to incorrect account information provided by participants. The Black Beacon Team has the right to decide whether a resubmission will be allowed.
6. Participant Conduct:
All participants are required to uphold a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment within the game and community. To ensure fairness, integrity, and compliance with established policies, participants must adhere to the Black Beacon Team’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable community rules. Any conduct that disrupts the community, infringes upon the rights of others, or compromises the integrity of the event is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
Participants shall not engage in or disseminate any content or behavior that includes, but is not limited to, the following:
6.1. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Any content that promotes hatred, prejudice, or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexuality, culture, or region.
6.2. Inappropriate Content: The publication, distribution, or display of sensitive, NSFW (Not Safe for Work), provocative, or controversial material.
6.3. Harassment and Bullying: Any harassment, intimidation, or bullying directed at an individual or group.
6.4. Misinformation and False Statements: The dissemination of false, misleading, or deceptive information.
6.5. Intellectual Property Violations: The publication, use, or distribution of content that infringes upon trademarks, copyrights, patents, portrait rights, or other legally protected rights, including but not limited to stolen, plagiarized, or reposted content without authorization, or falsely claiming authorship.
6.6. Exploitation of Technical or Procedural Loopholes: The manipulation or abuse of technical flaws, software vulnerabilities, or rule loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
6.7. Defamation and Damage to Reputation: The act of spreading misinformation, encouraging others to do so, or engaging in defamatory conduct that may harm the reputation of the Black Beacon Team. The Black Beacon Team has the right to take any action as needed to maintain community standards and enforce the rules. The team will decide on penalties for any violations, and all decisions are final. There will be no appeals or compensation.
Failure to comply with these standards and prohibitions may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to warnings, content removal, disqualification from participation, suspension, or further penalties as deemed appropriate by the Black Beacon Team. The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to take any necessary measures to maintain community integrity and ensure adherence to these guidelines.
7. Commercial Use of Submissions:
During or after the event, participants may not use or grant third parties the commercial use of their submissions unless written consent is obtained from the Black Beacon Team. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the event and future Black Beacon Team events.
8. Tax Obligations:
Prize winners are responsible for complying with any relevant tax obligations based on their country or region of residence. For specific tax procedures, winners should check with their local tax authorities or relevant government agencies.
9. Reporting Violations:
9.1 Liability for Copyright Disputes
If a dispute, such as a lawsuit, arises with other copyright holders due to the creation of derivative works without their consent, the Black Beacon Team will not be held responsible. The participant is fully responsible for resolving any such disputes.
9.2. Reporting Process
If you encounter any submission that appears to be plagiarized, reposted, or violates any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please report the violation by sending the offending submission and its link to Customer Support, along with an explanation of the violation.
The Black Beacon Team has the right to make the final decision and take action against any false or malicious reports.
9.3 Violation Review and Actions
The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any participant found in violation of these rules at any time. Participants who engage in misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, reposting, or other breaches of the event policy, may be disqualified and prohibited from participating in future Black Beacon Team community events. If a winner is disqualified due to rule violations, the Black Beacon Team will proceed further actions as deemed necessary.
10. Event Modifications:
The Black Beacon Team reserves the right to modify or terminate the event’s schedule, content, or rules without prior notice.
11. Reward Conditions:
If winners are unable to claim their rewards due to issues related to the channel or card usage for Glohow Holdings Pte. Ltd. and the Black Beacon Team will not substitute the reward with another item under any circumstances. Participants must review the conditions for receiving rewards before submitting their entries.
12. Ineligible Submissions:
Submissions that violate the rules under sections 5, 6, and 7 will not be considered eligible.
13. File Upload Instructions:
If participants wish to upload additional files such as PSD or AI files, they must upload them to the participant’s folder and attach the link to the submission form.
